We supply and install a wide range of custom curtains, including sheer curtains, blockout curtains, S-fold curtains, pinch pleat curtains, wave fold curtains, and motorised curtains.
Sheer curtains allow natural light to enter while maintaining daytime privacy and creating a soft, elegant look. Blockout curtains provide greater privacy, light control, and insulation, making them ideal for bedrooms and media rooms.
Yes. Quality curtains can help reduce heat transfer through windows, keeping your home cooler in summer and warmer in winter, which may help reduce energy costs.
Motorised curtains offer convenience, improved child safety, and seamless integration with smart home systems. They are particularly beneficial for large windows, high ceilings, and difficult-to-reach areas.
Yes. Our experienced team provides professional installation to ensure your curtains fit perfectly and operate smoothly for years to come.
A powered curtain track moves the curtain open and closed. Depending on the system, control may be through a remote, wall control, app or compatible smart-home system.
Yes. Suitable sheer and blockout curtains can be paired with compatible powered tracks. Curtain size, fabric weight, heading and track configuration need to be considered first.
Potentially. One or both layers may be suitable depending on curtain weight, track configuration, clearance, power and control requirements.
Selected systems can. Compatibility depends on the motor, controller and automation platform and should be confirmed before ordering.
Motorised window fittings may be relevant in some disability-related home-modification situations, but funding is not automatic. NDIS criteria, clinical assessment and the participant's individual circumstances determine whether a support may be funded.
Double curtains use two independently operated curtain layers, usually a sheer curtain and a blockout curtain, installed on separate tracks.
The sheer can soften daylight and provide daytime screening, while the blockout layer provides stronger night-time privacy and light control.
Suitable systems can. One or both curtain layers may potentially be motorised depending on the track configuration, curtain weight, power and selected system.
Yes. The custom curtains are manufactured in the Curtain Warehouse & Interiors Toowoomba workroom.
S-wave, S-fold and wave fold are commonly used for closely related continuous-wave curtain styles. Terminology and hardware can vary between suppliers, so the heading and compatible track should be selected together.
Yes. Suitable sheer and blockout fabrics can be used with S-wave headings. They can also be combined in a double-curtain installation.
Yes. Our custom curtains are manufactured in our Toowoomba workroom before professional installation.
Yes. We professionally measure, manufacture and install S-wave curtains throughout Toowoomba. Selected surrounding locations are also serviced.
We supply and install roller blinds, sunscreen blinds, blockout blinds, dual blinds, Venetian blinds, panel glide blinds, and other custom blind solutions to suit a variety of spaces.
Sunscreen blinds are designed to reduce glare and UV exposure while still allowing you to enjoy outdoor views and natural light during the day.
Yes. Many of our blind systems can be motorised for effortless operation. Motorisation is a popular option for large windows, smart homes, and commercial applications.
Blockout roller blinds are one of the most popular choices for privacy and light control. Our team can recommend the most suitable option based on your room and requirements.
Yes. Most blinds require only regular dusting and occasional cleaning with a damp cloth. We can also provide product-specific care instructions upon installation.
Yes. Cellular blinds and honeycomb blinds are two names for the same style of blind. They use a folded fabric structure that creates small air pockets, which can help with insulation, privacy and light control.
Yes. Honeycomb blinds can be a good option for Toowoomba homes because they help improve comfort around windows, especially in rooms that get strong sun, feel cold in winter or need better privacy.
Cellular blinds are available in light-filtering and blockout options. Light-filtering fabrics soften glare and provide daytime privacy, while blockout fabrics are better for bedrooms, nurseries and media rooms.
Some cellular blind products can be motorised, depending on the selected system, window size and product range. We can talk you through suitable manual and motorised options during your consultation.
It depends on the room. Cellular blinds can offer better insulation and a softer finish, while roller blinds are often simpler and more cost-effective. We can help you compare both options based on privacy, light control, budget and appearance.
Veri Shades are a soft window furnishing that combines the look of curtains with the flexibility of blinds. They are often used on large windows, sliding doors and open-plan living areas where homeowners want filtered light, privacy and easy access.
They are similar in style because both create a soft vertical sheer look. Veri Shades is a branded product, while vertisheers is often used more generally to describe sheer vertical blind-style window furnishings.
Yes. Veri Shades and vertisheer-style blinds can work very well on sliding doors because they provide soft coverage, privacy and light control while still allowing convenient access through the opening.
Veri Shades and vertisheer-style blinds are generally chosen for filtered light, privacy and softness rather than full blockout. If you need stronger night-time privacy or room darkening, we can help you compare them with blockout curtains, roller blinds or other options.
Some Veri Shades and similar soft vertical systems may have motorised options depending on the selected product range and window size. We can discuss suitable manual and motorised options during your measure and quote.
Double roller blinds use two separate roller blinds on the same window, usually a sunscreen or light-filtering blind for daytime use and a blockout blind for privacy and stronger light control at night.
Yes. Double roller blinds can work very well in bedrooms because the sunscreen or light-filtering layer can be used during the day, while the blockout blind can be closed at night for privacy and room darkening.
Double roller blinds offer more flexibility than single roller blinds because you can use one layer for daytime privacy and glare control, and another layer for blockout. A single roller blind may still be suitable if you only need one level of light control.
Some double roller blind systems can be motorised depending on the product range, window size and installation requirements. We can discuss suitable manual and motorised options during your measure and quote.
Yes, when the blockout layer is closed, double roller blinds can provide stronger night-time privacy. Sunscreen fabrics are mainly for daytime use and should not be relied on for privacy at night when lights are on inside.

Plantation shutters are easy to maintain. Regular dusting and occasional wiping with a soft cloth are usually all that's needed to keep them looking their best.
